WILLIAMS, J.
In this medical malpractice action, the trial court rendered a judgment, in accordance with the jury's verdict, in favor of defendant, Dr. Ravish V. Patwardhan. The court also denied a motion for a judgment notwithstanding the verdict ("JNOV"), or in the alternative, a new trial, filed by plaintiff, Robin Fanguy. For the following reasons, we affirm.
