In this workers' compensation matter, the claimant, Brian Chaisson, appeals the judgment of the Office of Workers' Compensation (OWC) finding that he was an independent contractor for purposes of the Louisiana Workers' Compensation Act and the dismissal of his claim against the defendant, Louisiana Rock Monsters, LLC. We affirm.
