We consider this matter on remand from the supreme court following its decision in Rebel Distributors Corp., Inc. v. LUBA Workers' Compensation, 13-0749 (La.10/15/13), ___ So.3d ___, 2013 WL 5788791. In its remand to this court, the supreme court ordered that we consider the remaining issues raised by the parties which were not resolved by its decision. After complying with the supreme court order on remand, we affirm the judgment of the workers...
