JUDE G. GRAVOIS, Judge.

Defendant, Jarrod D. Henry, appeals his conviction of manslaughter, a violation of La. R.S. 14:31. On appeal, he argues that the evidence was insufficient to convict him because he was identified by a witness who lacked credibility, and further that other particular suspects were or should have been developed. We find that defendant's assignments of error are without merit, and thus affirm his conviction and sentence. The matter is remanded...
