Defendant, Jarrod D. Henry, appeals his conviction of manslaughter, a violation of La. R.S. 14:31. On appeal, he argues that the evidence was insufficient to convict him because he was identified by a witness who lacked credibility, and further that other particular suspects were or should have been developed.
