McDONALD, J.

Danny W. Jones was working as a supervisor at Texas Industries on August 10, 2006 when he was injured lifting an outboard motor. Starting in September 2006, Mr. Jones was treated by Dr. John Logan, an orthopedic surgeon, for the injury to his lower back. He was treated with medication, steroid injections, and physical therapy. He continued to work with limitations.
