This is Defendant, Tracy Common's, second appeal. In his first appeal, Defendant challenged his underlying conviction for possession of MDMA and his multiple offender adjudication. We affirmed his conviction for possession of MDMA, but vacated his multiple offender adjudication and enhanced sentence.
