The plaintiff, Regina Melerine ("Regina"), appeals from an adverse judgment rendered in favor of defendant, Darren O'Connor ("Darren"), denying her claim for tortious conversion. For the following reasons, we affirm the trial court's judgment.

FACTS AND PROCEDURAL BACKGROUND

Regina and Darren cohabitated for a period of eight to twelve years in a residence Darren owned located at 2816 Lloyds Avenue in Chalmette.
