Marethea Eddens' claims against her employer, Exceptional Client Care, LLC, were dismissed with prejudice by the workers' compensation judge (WCJ) in March 2012. Thereafter, she filed a second disputed claim for compensation based on the same incident. The WCJ granted the employer's peremptory exception of res judicata. The claimant then filed the instant appeal. We affirm.
