Plaintiffs/appellants, Patricia Andrews and Darin Andrews, appeal the trial court's grant of an exception raising the objection of prematurity filed by the defendant/appellee, Our Lady of the Lake Ascension Community Hospital, Inc. d/b/a St. Elizabeth Hospital ("St. Elizabeth Hospital").
