Plaintiff, Our Lady of the Lake Regional Medical Center (OLOL), appeals a judgment of the Office of Workers' Compensation (OWC) finding that defendant, Richard Mire, did not commit fraud in violation of La. R.S. 23:1208. Mr. Mire appeals that portion of the judgment finding that he was able to work within the confines of the functional capacity evaluation (FCE) and seeks attorney's fees for additional work performed...
