The plaintiffs, Beverly Zacher1 and her husband, David Zacher, brought this action against the defendant, Harrah's New Orleans Management Company, d/b/a Harrah's New Orleans Jazz Casino Company, L.L.C., alleging that Mrs. Zacher, while a guest at Harrah's hotel, sustained injuries as a result of Harrah's negligence.
