Ron A. Austin (Austin) and Austin & Associates, L.L.C. (the Austin firm) appeal a judgment dividing attorney fees on a quantum meruit basis between the Austin firm and Jennifer M. Medley (Medley). For the following reasons, we affirm the judgment.
