Defendant, Thomas Cox, appeals his conviction and sentence for simple burglary. For the reasons that follow, we affirm his conviction and sentence.

Defendant was charged in a bill of information on February 6, 2013 with simple burglary of an inhabited dwelling in violation of La. R.S. 14:62.2. He initially pled not guilty, but later withdrew his not guilty plea and pled guilty to simple burglary...
