Ramsey Auto Brokers, Inc. ("Ramsey Auto") appeals a judgment from the Monroe City Court, Parish of Ouachita, State of Louisiana, granting Clara Wilks ("Wilks") rescission of the sale of a used vehicle and damages in the amount of $7,000.00, plus $2,500.00 in attorney fees. For the following reasons, we amend the judgment to decrease the amount of damages to that of the purchase price, and affirm the judgment as amended.
