Jeane ("the Jeanes"), appeal the trial court's granting of a motion for summary judgment filed by Appellees, Virgil Mason, Clarece Mason Brown, Vergia Mason, Tommie Ann Mason Mims, Bettie Gail Mason, Onteryl Mason and Chuncy Mason (collectively, "the Masons"), and denial of a motion for summary judgment filed by the Jeanes.
