Defendant, Joseph Siggio, III, has appealed his convictions and sentences for conspiracy to distribute marijuana, second degree kidnapping, and aggravated burglary. For the reasons that follow, we affirm defendant's convictions and sentences and grant defendant's appellate counsel's motion to withdraw as counsel of record for defendant.
