In this legal malpractice action, plaintiff, Diane Garner, appeals a trial court judgment granting an exception of peremption filed by defendants, Bruce Lizana and the Law Office of Bruce H. Lizana, P.L.C. ("the Lizana defendants"), and dismissing her lawsuit. For the following reasons, we reverse the trial court judgment under review and remand this matter to the trial court for further proceedings...
