Defendant/Appellant, Uniforms by Kajan, Inc. (hereinafter referred to as "Kajan"), appeals the award of workers' compensation benefits, penalties and attorney's fees in favor of Plaintiff/Appellee, Rose Perrilloux, rendered by the Office of Workers' Compensation, District "7". For the following reasons, we affirm the judgment.
