The plaintiff, Chinita Weber, appeals the trial court's judgment that dismissed her petition upon the granting of exceptions of no right of action and prescription filed by the defendant, Metropolitan Hospice, Inc. ("Metropolitan"). For the reasons that follow, we reverse the trial court's judgment in part and remand the matter to that court.
