NorAm Drilling Company ("NorAm") filed suit against E & PCo International, L.L.C. ("E & PCo Int'l"), and E & PCo, L.L.C. ("E & PCo LLC"), in solido, for damages resulting from an alleged breach of contract. Holding that Texas law is applicable to the matter, the 37th Judicial District Court, Parish of Caldwell, State of Louisiana, granted summary judgment in favor of E & PCo LLC and dismissed it from the lawsuit.
