Plaintiff, George Jagneaux ("Mr. Jagneaux"), filed suit on April 10, 2010, against Lafayette City-Parish Consolidated Government Parks and Recreation Department ("LCG"). He claims that he was watching a baseball game and, as he was walking across the stands, he fell due to an allegedly loose bleacher seat at the ball park. Mr. Jagneaux filed suit claiming injury to his lower back.
