Dr. Ryan Haygood, DDS, and his dental LLC appeal a partial summary judgment that dismissed his claims under the Louisiana Unfair Trade Practices Act ("LUTPA") against Dr. Ross Dies, DDS, and his dental LLC. We reverse and remand.
