Plaintiffs, BioClin, BV ("BioClin"), and Floris Koumans, appeal a trial court judgment dismissing their petition for damages and injunctive relief on declinatory exceptions of lack of personal jurisdiction raised by the defendants, MultiGyn USA, LLC ("MultiGyn USA"); Karl Bonga; and Joyce Bonga. For the following reasons, we affirm the judgment.
