In this workers' compensation case, claimant, John L. Davis, appeals from a judgment of the Office of Workers' Compensation (OWC) sustaining a peremptory exception raising the objection of res judicata in favor of defendant, J.R. Logging, Inc., and dismissing his claim for compensation with prejudice. For the reasons that follow, we affirm.
