The juvenile, S.J., appeals the judgment of the Juvenile Court for the Parish of Orleans adjudicating him delinquent after finding he committed the offense of unauthorized use of a movable. S.J. argues that the juvenile court erred in limiting the defense's cross-examination of the owner of the vehicle and that the State of Louisiana ("State") failed to establish all of the elements of the offense of unauthorized
