The defendant, Jeremy John Passow, pled guilty to third-offense driving while intoxicated (DWI) pursuant to State v. Crosby, 338 So.2d 584 (La.1976), and was sentenced to five-years imprisonment at hard labor. He now appeals challenging the trial court's denial of his motion to quash two of the predicate offenses.
