Plaintiffs-appellants1 (hereinafter collectively referred to as the Scotts) appeal from the trial court's judgment in favor of defendants-appellees2 dismissing their petition for a predial servitude of right of passage and writ of mandamus. For the reasons that follow, we affirm the judgment of the trial court.
