This matter is before us on appeal by plaintiff, Complete Medical Solutions, L.L.C., from a judgment of the trial court granting summary judgment in favor of the defendant, Health Net Federal Services, L.L.C., and dismissing plaintiff's claims with prejudice.

For the reasons that follow, we affirm
