Defendant/Appellant, Warren G. Treme, appeals the partial summary judgment in favor of third-party defendant, Joseph C. Canizaro, which resulted in the dismissal of Mr. Treme's third-party demands against Mr. Canizaro filed in the 24th Judicial District Court, Division "J". For the following reasons, we affirm.
