Defendant, Donald Jones, seeks a Crosby appeal of his convictions for misdemeanor resisting arrest and felony possession of marijuana, second offense, violations of La. R.S. 14:108 and La. R.S. 40:966, respectively. Defendant argues the trial court erred in failing to grant his motion to suppress. For the following reasons, we find defendant's assignment of error to be without merit and affirm his convictions. Due to two errors...
