PER CURIAM.
In this workers' compensation matter, we are called upon to decide whether the court of appeal erred in finding the employer is estopped from claiming an offset of workers' compensation benefits. For the reasons that follow, we conclude the court of appeal incorrectly applied the law. Accordingly, we reinstate the judgment of the Office of Workers' Compensation granting the employer an offset.
