The plaintiff in this matter alleges that he was injured as a result of an altercation with his brother. The plaintiff filed suit against the brother, one of his brother's acquaintances, and the bar where the altercation occurred. The bar filed a motion for summary judgment seeking dismissal of the plaintiff's claims against it. The trial court granted the motion and dismissed the plaintiff's claims against the bar.
