STEWART, J.

The defendants in this matter filed exceptions of prematurity and sought a stay pending arbitration of the plaintiffs' claims as required by an arbitration provision in written agreements signed by each of the plaintiffs. The trial court denied the exceptions of prematurity and the motions to stay the proceedings. After this court denied the defendants' writs, they sought relief before the Louisiana Supreme Court, which granted writs and remanded the matter...
