Plaintiffs, David Harter and Jan Harter Pipkin, filed this breach of contract action against their brother, defendant, Mike Harter and his business, Harter Oil Company. Both plaintiffs claimed that they each purchased a 25% working interest in certain mineral leases from Harter Oil. The price was $250,000 for each 25% interest.
