This appeal arises from a lawsuit to recover the balance owed on a VISA Card account. The defendant, Kenneth DelCorral ("DelCorral"), appeals a summary judgment, awarding the plaintiff, Midland Funding, LLC ("Midland"), $6,098.52 plus interest, attorney's fees and costs. For the reasons that follow, we affirm the judgment.
