The plaintiffs, Dr. Craig M. and Mrs. Shaun Landwehr, appeal a summary judgment granted by the trial court, which dismissed their claim against the defendant, American Safety Risk Retention Group, Inc. (American Safety), with prejudice. For the reasons that follow, we affirm.
