Defendant, Troy Greenup, appeals his conviction for aggravated rape upon a victim under the age of thirteen in violation of La. R.S. 14:42. Defendant argues the trial court erred in admitting evidence of a prior sexual battery of another boy, claiming that evidence was overwhelmingly prejudicial. Defendant also argues the trial court erred in denying defendant's motion for new trial, asserting that the state's improper rebuttal argument...
