William Autrey and Autrey Investment Properties LLC appeal a judgment finding that they violated the Louisiana Unfair Trade Practices Act ("LUTPA"), La. R.S. 51:1401 et seq., by discontinuing water and sewer service to Tommy Harp's unoccupied mobile home park lots, and awarding damages of $3,000 and attorney fees of $5,000.
