The defendant, Mr. Jack Tittle, appeals the trial court's granting of Mrs. Barbara Diecidue's motion for partial summary judgment on the issue of Mr. Tittle's liability for legal malpractice. For the reasons that follow, we dismiss the appeal for lack of jurisdiction.
