PARRO, J.

Appellant challenges a judgment of the trial court that nullified an act of acknowledgment of paternity executed by the plaintiff, as well as a judgment of the trial court that overruled the peremptory exception pleading the objection of prescription filed by the appellant. For the reasons that follow, we affirm.
