Defendant, Julio Ruano, appeals his convictions of simple burglary of an automobile, aggravated battery and second degree battery. His sole contention on appeal is that the trial court erred in denying his motion to suppress. Our review of the record reflects no error in the trial court's ruling and we, therefore, affirm defendant's conviction and sentence.
