On June 13, 2011, the Jefferson Parish District Attorney filed a bill of information charging defendant, Kip A. Hunter, with fourth offense driving while intoxicated in violation of La. R.S. 14:98(A)(E). Defendant pleaded not guilty and moved to quash two prior predicate DWI convictions.
