CARAWAY, J.

This appeal resulted from the trial court's denial of the defendant's motion to quash which was based on his assertion of double jeopardy. After being arrested and convicted in Webster Parish for events that transpired on September 9, 2009, the defendant was charged in Bossier Parish for additional charges involving events that occurred on the same day. For the following reasons, we reverse.
