Holland Byrd appeals the judgment of the 26th Judicial District Court, Parish of Bossier, State of Louisiana, wherein the trial court granted Colony Insurance Company's ("Colony") motion for summary judgment dismissing Byrd's claim against Colony. For the following reasons, we affirm the trial court's judgment.
