WILLIAMS, J.

The defendant, Kandace C. Allen, was charged by bill of information with possession with intent to distribute a Schedule II Controlled Dangerous Substance (methamphetamine), a violation of LSA-R.S. 40:967(A). The defendant pled guilty as charged. In August 2010, the district court sentenced defendant to serve ten years at hard labor, suspended the sentence, placed her on active probation for five years and imposed a fine of $1,000. Defendant did not appeal...
