The sellers, Rebekah W. Masters, Wendell Wyatt, Juanita W. Tucker and David Biddle ("the Wyatts"), appeal a judgment ordering a reduction of purchase price of $11,885.71 to the buyers, Edward and Bonnie Takewell, and awarding attorney fees of $3,260.
