The defendant, Richard Mills, appeals his convictions for possession of cocaine and possession of drug paraphernalia (third offense), along with his multiple offender sentence. We affirm the defendant's conviction for possession of cocaine, as well as his multiple offender sentence. We reverse the defendant's conviction for third offense possession of drug paraphernalia.
