The plaintiff, Mohammad Aghighi, seeks this Court's review of the trial court's judgment that awarded him property damages and denied penalties and attorney fees under La. R.S. 22:1892, for bad faith claims handling. For the reasons that follow, we affirm in part, reverse in part and render.
