The defendant, Marcus Weber, was charged by bill of information with one count of vehicular homicide (count 1), a violation of La. R.S. 14:32.1, and four counts of first degree vehicular negligent injuring (counts 2-5), violations of La. R.S. 14:39.2. The defendant pled not guilty to all counts.
