Plaintiff-appellant, Larry Willis, appeals the trial court's grant of two summary judgments, dismissing his claims against defendants-appellees, Autozone,1 Stan Carpenter,2 Matthew Brooks, Avenue D Developments, LLC, ("Avenue D") and Magazine Street Interests ("MSI"). For the reasons that follow, we affirm.
